Returns

At our company we take considerable pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our custom products. Each item is carefully designed and made to order, tailored to the specific preferences and specification of our customers. 


Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer any type of refund on custom orders. We strive to ensure that each customer is completely satisfied with their purchases, and we work closely with them throughout the design process to ensure that their vision is brought to life. 


We stand by the uniqueness and individuality of our custom products, and we are committed to providing the highest level of customer service to ensure every customer is happy with their one-of-a-kind creation.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made on unworn, unwashed garments that are not customized especially for you within 15 days of purchase.  If it has your name on it, we cannot exchange it for another size.  Please pay close attention to the size charts and when there is any doubt order larger!

Refunds

If you are not absolutely sure you want this SWAG...do not order it from us!


We will possibly exchange it or remake it but we will issue NO CASH REFUNDS or REFUNDS on Credit.

Q:  How long will it take to get my S.W.A.G


A:  Your order will be processed within 3 to 5 days from the time you place it. Printing typically takes between 3 to 8 days, and shipping usually requires 2 to 3 days. While we aim to fulfill orders promptly, fluctuation in supply and demand may necessitate up to 15 business day for order completion.


Q:  If I live in or close to Clarksville, TN  can I pick up my S.W.A.G  in the shop.


A:  Yes, please check  "store pickup option"  and we will call you as soon as your S.W.A.G. is ready.


Q:  Can I get a discount if I want to order in Bulk


A:  YES YOU CAN...we often do larger orders and have them shipped to one address, say overseas!  Yes we do that too!

SHIPPING POLICY


This is so cool! We can ship to virtually any address in the world, however, there are a few things we need you to know:

  • Unfortunately, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
  • When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options of
    your choice.
  • Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
  • Delivery Time: From the time of order-to shipping day, our process for orders in the United States usually takes about 12-15 business days from Monday to Friday.
  • Shipping by Weight; Shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based; Weight information is usually found on the item detail page that reflects the policies of the shipping companies we use, and all weight will be rounded up to the next full pound.
  • We will email you as soon as your SWAG is ready!
